Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

Transport long-haul dry van freight from Pine Bluff, AR as a solo OTR driver for HMD. The role requires safe operation, timely deliveries, meticulous logkeeping, and courteous customer service at every stop.

Key duties:

• Operate a CDL-A dry van tractor with sleeper; perform thorough pre/post-trip inspections.
• Use ELDs, handle delivery paperwork, secure shipments, and comply with hours-of-service rules.
• Liaise with in-house maintenance to address mechanical needs quickly.

Requirements & benefits: Candidates must hold a CDL-A and have at least 12 months of experience. Pay begins at 65 CPM with average weekly miles around 2,500, plus bonuses, modern trucks with APU/inverters, biweekly home time, and full benefits including medical and 401(k).
