Overview Director, Product Management – Payments Product Management at Capital One will lead the strategic evolution of the Payments Platform, leveraging emerging innovations to unlock transformative value for customers and the enterprise. Responsibilities Create a long‑term roadmap that supports the broader enterprise vision and industry trends. Engage Lines of Business (LOBs) to define, prioritize and build reusable capabilities to support payment strategies across the company. Partner closely with Technology to ensure the platform architecture can support existing and emerging value drivers. Collaborate with Program to create and maintain well‑defined and sustainable communication channels with our LOB partners. Ensure the platform is accurate and performant. Develop and align on the platform’s data posture. Drive tooling to improve reconciliation. Basic Qualifications At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management. Currently holds or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or MBA with a quantitative concentration in fields such as Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems. Preferred Qualifications Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products. Salary and Benefits McLean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000 New York, NY: $251,400 - $286,900 Richmond, VA: $209,500 - $239,100 Eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation (cash bonus and/or long‑term incentives).
