This position supports quality service delivery, staff oversight, scheduling coordination, and compliance with standards established by the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD), applicable Medicaid waiver requirements, and agency policies.## Qualifications• Familiarity with standards established by the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD).• Experience coordinating Homemaker Personal Care (HPC) services.• Experience with staff scheduling, compliance, payroll review, or quality assurance activities.
