This is a full-time, computer-based recruiting role where you'll spend your day identifying qualified candidates, conducting Boolean searches, initiating candidate outreach, and managing candidates throughout the recruiting process. What You'll Do

• Source qualified candidates using Boolean searches, job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruiting platforms.

• Identify and engage passive and active candidates through calls, emails, text messages, and professional networking.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple positions.

• Conduct candidate outreach and initiate the recruiting communication cycle.

• Screen candidates to evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall fit.

• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication throughout the hiring process.

• Manage recruiting activity and candidate records within company systems.

• Develop long-term relationships with candidates and maintain an active talent network.

• Meet recruiting goals while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

• Represent Prime Partners with professionalism, integrity, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Required

• Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience

• Experience using Boolean search techniques

• Strong candidate sourcing skills across multiple recruiting platforms

• Comfortable making outbound recruiting calls and initiating candidate conversations

• Experience sending candidate outreach through email, text, and messaging platforms

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Comfortable working on a computer throughout the workday

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a commission-based environment

Preferred

• Agency recruiting experience

• Staffing or executive search experience

• LinkedIn Recruiter experience

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience

• Experience recruiting for professional, technical, skilled trades, or sales positions

• CRM experience
