Server Benefits
- Greet guests within 1 minute, providing a warm welcome.
- Coordinate with servers, managers, and kitchen staff for efficient task completion.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using proper procedures.
- Ensure precise preparation and delivery of all items.
- Quickly and accurately process guest orders to the kitchen and bar.
- Monitor customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Serve food and beverages following specified procedures.
- Handle the total bill, deliver checks, and accept payment.
- Assist server assistants and host/hostesses.
- Complete assigned side work and closing duties.
- Take ownership of and resolve issues promptly.
- Leave the establishment crumb-free and food-free at closing.
- Minimum of one year of serving or general hospitality experience
- Must have customer service experience in any industry
- Must be able to perform simple math calculations
- Must be able to move quickly and stand for up to six hours at a time
- Must be able to lift weight of up to 25 pounds
