Job Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for trauma, surgical, and neurological patients. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of two years of ICU experience and have previous travel nursing experience. The role necessitates the ability to provide high-quality care to critically ill patients, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities Provide direct and individualized bedside nursing care to critically ill patients. Monitor and assess patient condition constantly, adjusting care plans as needed. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Document all patient care activities and ensure accurate recording of patient information. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure 2 years of ICU experience in trauma, surgical, and neurological care. Trauma Level One experience is mandatory.
