What You'll Do as a Sales Coordinator:

Business Development & Sales Support

• Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships
• Build relationships with local businesses, healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations
• Manage leads and customer relationships through CRM systems
• Schedule meetings, presentations, and outreach activities
• Follow up with prospects and partners to maintain strong relationships
• Support initiatives that increase ridership and revenue

Community Outreach & Networking

• Represent zTrip at networking events, community functions, and business gatherings
• Build relationships with community leaders and local organizations
• Participate in Chamber of Commerce and community events
• Increase awareness of zTrip services throughout the market
• Serve as a positive ambassador for the company

Marketing & Promotion

• Assist with local marketing campaigns and promotional programs
• Support social media and community engagement efforts
• Help coordinate outreach activities and events
• Contribute ideas to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
• Support customer communication initiatives

Collaboration & Team Support

• Work closely with leadership on growth initiatives and special projects
• Assist with customer engagement and relationship-building efforts
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives
• Help identify opportunities to improve customer experience and community impact

Qualifications of a Sales Coordinator:

• Experience in sales, customer service, business development, marketing, account management, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Comfortable speaking with business leaders and community partners
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
