Router Supervisor

Dock Supervisor Annual Salary: $85,000 Shift: 3rd Shift, Full-Time, Monday – Friday 1:00 AM to 10:00 AM Vacation: Earn 1 week of vacation after 90 days of employment. Job Description Manage dock and dispatch operations at the Colonial Heights, VA Service Center. Responsibilities Driver and freight handler management. Coordinate dock operations and driver/freight handler scheduling. Ensure safety compliance. Ensure quality freight handling procedures are followed. Timely dispatching of LTL loads. Other duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager. Qualifications Proven basic leadership experience. Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, communication, and logistical skills with solid problem‑solving abilities. Knowledge of quality freight handling preferred. Computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office. Knowledge of the city and surrounding areas. Prior LTL leadership experience is strongly preferred.
