Booking Coordination Specialist

SWEET CAROLINA TRAVELS

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Booking Coordination Specialist to assist clients with researching options, coordinating arrangements, and managing booking details from initial request through confirmation.

The ideal candidate is comfortable researching information, communicating with clients, and managing multiple requests while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with clients to understand their requests and preferences
Research accommodations, transportation, activities, and related services
Coordinate booking and reservation details
Review availability and relevant options
Verify names, dates, and other important information for accuracy
Provide clients with confirmations and updates
Assist with modifications and special requests
Maintain accurate booking records and documentation
Follow up on outstanding information and upcoming arrangements
Communicate with service providers as necessary
Provide professional client support throughout the process

Qualifications

Excellent organization and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication
Customer-focused mindset
Good online research skills
Comfortable learning web-based systems and platforms
Ability to prioritize multiple requests and deadlines
Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
Previous customer service, hospitality, booking, or coordination experience is helpful but not required
