Customer Service & Sales Representative (CSR) – Home Improvement
Full-Time | Base Pay $18–$20/hr + Bonuses
Location: Independence, MO

What You’ll Do
- Schedule free estimate appointments (phone & in-person)
- Make reminder and follow-up calls
- Enter and update customer information
- Greet customers and guide them through showroom options
- Process payments and assist at the reception desk
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
Schedule
- Monday–Friday (9am–6pm or 10am–7pm)
- Alternating Saturdays (9am–5pm)
- 40-hour workweek
