Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in Berne, IN, and they are hiring experienced CNC Machine Operators for 2nd and 3rd shift .

What You'll Do

• Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts
• Perform basic machine setup and adjustments
• Load and unload parts and materials
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools
• Maintain quality and production standards
• Follow all safety procedures and work instructions

What We're Looking For

• Prior CNC machine operation experience required
• Familiarity with blueprints and measuring tools
• Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Dependable work history in a manufacturing environment
