Exhibit Associate

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Overtime: Required as needed

Essential Job Duties

Assemble trade show exhibits, displays, signage, and promotional products according to production specifications.

Read and follow work orders, production schedules, and assembly instructions.

Measure, cut, prepare, and assemble materials with accuracy and attention to detail.

Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards before shipment.

Package and prepare completed products for shipping.

Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment as trained.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Assist with inventory movement and material handling as needed.

Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.

Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time.

Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

Previous production, manufacturing, assembly, woodworking, construction, or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.

Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

Ability to read a tape measure and understand basic measurements and fractions.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and short production deadlines.

Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime on short notice.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Physical Requirements

Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds frequently.

Stand and walk for the majority of the shift.
