Receptionist

Become a part of our caring community The Receptionist manages front desk operations and provides administrative support within a physician practice or center. You will ensure a welcoming experience for all patients and visitors and supports the medical team with routine administrative tasks under close guidance and established guidelines. You will report to the Center Administrator. Job Responsibilities: Greet patients and visitors in person and by phone Manage patient appointments and coordinate with medical staff Update patient records in EMR and CRM systems Process billing, update accounts, and collect copayments Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information Maintain a clean and organized reception area Support office tasks such as ordering supplies and arranging couriers Make decisions within established guidelines Decisions are limited to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities and timing, and works under close supervision and/or within established policies/practices and guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications: 1+ year healthcare front office experience Excellent customer service and phone skills Effective multitasking in fast‑paced settings Detail‑oriented and organized Proficient in Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years value‑based care experience Medical terminology knowledge EMR systems experience Bilingual: English & Spanish Work Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 to 5:00 Location: Onsite at Middleburg, FL Additional Information: This role is considered patient‑facing and is part of the company’s Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $38,000 - $45,800 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
