Cloud Engineer

Azure Cloud Infrastructure Administrator Senior-level experience administering Azure cloud infrastructure in large enterprise environments. Strong understanding of Azure cloud operations and infrastructure management. Extensive experience with Azure networking, including: Azure Virtual Networks (VNet) VNet Peering Private Endpoints ExpressRoute Azure API Management (APIM) Azure DNS Strong knowledge of Azure security, including: Identity & Access Management (IAM) Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) Managed Identities Conditional Access Azure Policy Experience supporting cloud operations through ticketing systems while balancing project-based work. Hands-on scripting experience (Powershell, Python, SQL, Bash, etc) Experience designing enterprise monitoring and observability solutions using metrics, logging, tracing, dashboards, and SLI/SLO frameworks. Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub. Ability to work independently, demonstrate strong ownership, and effectively solve complex infrastructure challenges. Support and maintain enterprise Azure infrastructure across multiple environments. Manage and troubleshoot Azure cloud services, networking, and infrastructure components. Handle operational support through ticketing systems while driving project-based cloud initiatives. Design, configure, and maintain Azure Virtual Networks (VNets), VNet Peering, Private Endpoints, ExpressRoute, DNS, and API Management (APIM). Administer Azure subscriptions and cloud resources following security and governance best practices. Develop automation and scripting solutions using Python and SQL to improve operational efficiency. Design and implement enterprise monitoring solutions utilizing metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and service health indicators (SLIs/SLOs). Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule approximately once every 8–9 weeks, providing 24/7 production support from Wednesday through Wednesday.
