Board‑Certified Family Law Attorney We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law litigation, excellent legal judgment, and the ability to independently manage complex family law matters from inception through resolution. Qualifications 5+ years of experience practicing family law Board Certification REQUIRED. Strong experience handling contested family law matters Proven litigation and courtroom experience Excellent legal research, writing, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to independently manage a caseload and work effectively with clients Strong attention to detail and case‑management skills Professional, compassionate, and client‑focused approach Responsibilities Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and other legal documents Conduct legal research and develop case strategies Take and defend depositions as appropriate Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients' interests Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status and strategy Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff If you are Board-Certified in Family Law in the state of Texas, we want you!
