These visits are conversational, consultative, and education-focused— no prescribing, no treatment plans. Requirements Active State NP license and Board Certification Valid NPI Minimum 3 months of wellness exam experience preferred Comfort with EMR/documentation systems Ability to travel within a region (visits are clustered in a 10 mile radius) Bilingual/Spanish Speaking a plus Give on average 2 full days per week.
