Dental Front Office Coordinator Bonney Lake Family Dental Care Full-Time | $24-$30/hour | Benefits Eligible | Dental Practice We're looking for a Front Office Coordinator to join the team at Bonney Lake Family Dental Care! We're committed to providing modern, conservative dental care while creating a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable and at home. Our team takes pride in helping patients feel confident in their smiles while building genuine, lasting relationships along the way.

What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
- Verify insurance coverage and benefits
- Accurately collect and manage patient balances
- Maintain patient health information with confidentiality and care
- Review treatment plans and verify accuracy based on insurance benefits
- Create a seamless, welcoming patient experience from check-in through check-out
- Work closely with the clinical team to support an efficient office flow
- Previous dental front office experience preferred
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Open Dental or Dentrix
- Familiarity with dental terminology highly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A team-oriented, dependable approach
- Someone who enjoys creating a positive experience for patients and working collaboratively with the team
