Job available in these locations: Houston, TX New York, NY Our Strategy & Transactions Practice Our rapidly growing global team of transactions and strategy experts is focused on deal advisory and growth strategy in the Energy, Utilities and Renewable Infrastructure sectors. What you will be doing Supporting corporate and private equity clients with market entry strategy and analysis, identifying investment themes and potential targets Leading buy‑and‑sell side commercial due diligence Coaching colleagues on strategy and transactions best practice Helping to develop new client relationships and manage and enhance existing relationships Your skills and experience The Senior Consultant role requires 4+ years of consulting or industry experience with strategy & transactions initiatives. The Manager role requires 6+ years of experience.
