IT Support Technician (Entry-Level) - Onsite & Remote

CEC Companies

Cec Companies in Irving, TX is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide courteous professional customer service and technical assistance to end users, both onsite and remote, ensuring efficient troubleshooting and resolution of desktop hardware and software issues.

The role supports a distributed user base and requires familiarity with Microsoft Office, Windows 10, and Citrix. 1–3 years of help desk experience is preferred, with an Associate’s degree in a related field.
