Project ManagerGenesis10 is currently seeking a Project Manager for a hybrid position with a global financial institution located in New York, NY. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.The successful candidate will work primarily on planning, tracking, and coordinating the deliveries for a large-scale program. This role will facilitate discussions, track follow-ups, and communicate status and progress to technology and business partners. The position requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.Responsibilities:Plan, track, and coordinate program deliveriesFacilitate discussions, track follow-ups, and communicate status to technology and business partnersEnsure deliveries are executed while adhering to acceptance, development, QA, and UAT testing and release criteriaManage status communication with stakeholders and delivery partners, including release notifications and project updatesHandle risk and issue tracking and communication to senior technology managementResponsible for all technical documentation, including spreadsheet manipulation, creating and presenting summarized data outputsRequirements:Experience in project managementGood communication skills, both verbal and writtenUnderstanding of technology, including system flows, with the ability to translate technology deliveries into business-digestible communicationsKnowledge of PythonMust be a team playerDesired Skills:Knowledge of Agile development practices including unit testing, continuous integration, and refactoringUnderstanding of regulatory requirements for Basel II & Fundamental Review of the Trading Book (FRTB)Experience with Financial Stack, Derivative products, Risk, PnL explains, Counterparty Risk, and Counterparty Valuation Adjustment (CVA)Pay range: $73.08 - $81.08 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
