Demonstrates accountability for and contribution to program development, quality improvement, problem-solving, and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary fashion QUALIFICATIONS:Graduate of school of physical therapyCurrent license to practice in OklahomaAbility to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writingCertification in basic Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation proceduresEducation/experience in working with an adult and geriatric population is requiredEducation/experience serving people with physical disabilities is preferredAbility to work with confused and aggressive patientsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Able to lift, carry, push, and pull light to moderately heavy material, supplies or patients (up to or > 100 lbs.) for most of the shiftAble to lift, carry, push, and pull heavyweight materials (over 100 lbs.)Able to stand/walk for extended periods of time throughout the work schedule, with some bending and stoopingDemonstrate adequate stamina to heal with stressful situations and to complete the necessary work schedule
