Our client is seeking an experienced Recruiter for a temporary assignment supporting a fast-paced Beauty brand. This opportunity is ideal for a recruiter who can step in immediately, work independently, and manage a high volume of openings without requiring extensive direction or hand-holding. The ideal candidate will come from an agency recruiting background, with prior experience supporting beauty clients strongly preferred. Candidates with broader agency experience handling multiple clients and a large volume of roles will also be considered. Experience using Greenhouse is highly desirable. This is a fully remote freelance opportunity, with preference for someone who can work west coast business hours. Employment Type: Freelance Pay rate: $45-48/hr. Location: Remote Hours/location: PST is preferred Duration: 3-4 months Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting across a high volume of open roles Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to move searches forward efficiently Source, screen, and present qualified candidates in a timely manner Maintain strong organization and candidate flow across multiple requisitions Utilize Greenhouse and other recruiting tools to track pipeline activity and hiring progress Operate with minimal oversight and quickly integrate into the existing recruitment process Preferred Qualifications Proven experience in recruiting, ideally within an agency environment Beauty industry recruiting experience preferred Track record of supporting multiple clients or high-volume hiring initiatives Experience with Greenhouse preferred Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a temporary assignment Availability to work west coast hours This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned recruiter who thrives in a dynamic environment and can deliver results from day one. #J-18808-Ljbffr
