Event Services Assistant

ROLE FOCUS
Supports meetings, conferences, weddings, banquets, and special events through hands-on setup and guest service.

ENVIRONMENT
On site, guest-facing, collaborative and highly interactive.

Day-to-day responsibilities

· Assist with room setup, signage, materials, and event transitions

· Welcome attendees and provide directions

· Coordinate onsite needs with event and operations teams

· Help maintain professional event spaces throughout service

This is an on-site hospitality role with regular face-to-face interaction with guests, visitors, clients, attendees, members, or coworkers. It is not a remote position.

Prior hospitality experience can be helpful, but many employers provide training for entry-level hires.
