Job Summary

The Personnel Commission announces an OPEN and PROMOTIONAL recruitment. This recruitment will result in the establishment of one integrated eligibility list. Promotional candidates will have seniority points added to final passing scores (.25 of a point for every year of classified service up to a maximum of 5 points). This list will be used to fill current and future vacancies and will be active for one year or until canceled. There is currently ONE position open in the Payroll Department. This is an 8 hour/day, 12 month position.


Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, assure the accuracy and compliance of reports, time sheets, and spreadsheets; assure accurate program and funds distribution; and provide State and District personnel with requested information necessary for providing timely and accurate payment of district employees.
