Territory Manager - Stem

Overview Manages an assigned territory to drive sales and market share for obstetric products primarily in office or clinic settings, labor & delivery, and directly with consumers. Identifying new customer opportunities and driving growth within existing customer base. Includes a technical/product support approach, in addition to a conceptual sale for leveraging newborn banking services for expecting families. Develop strong relationship building skills while also supporting clinically technical product portfolios. Requirements Knowledge of the medical device arena, preferably with a concentration in women’s healthcare Comprehension of the Region’s diverse healthcare systems Aptitude for engaging and motivating by providing product & sales training to company partners Effective territory planning Large geographical territory management experience Ability to collaborate across a matrix organization Customer focused Results oriented Self-starter with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal day-to-day management Minimum of 3 – 5 years of medical device or similar sales experience, and preferred in the women’s healthcare space Bachelor’s degree is required #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
