Overview Driver/Mover position with the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchise located in Novato, CA. This is a part-time, in-person role with opportunities for tips, performance-based incentives, and career growth within the company. What We Offer Starting pay range: $20.00–$22.00/hour + tips; total earnings can reach up to $40/hour with tips Monthly performance bonuses and quarterly raises if performance metrics are met Career advancement opportunities; commitment to promoting from within Flexible scheduling; part-time positions available Opportunity to earn cash tips from customers Training on safe lifting and moving techniques What You’ll Do Safely operate the truck and perform daily truck inspections and moving equipment inventory checks Move, pack, and unpack customer belongings with your team while delivering excellent customer service Greet customers and complete a walk-through of the home or business Load and unload a 26-foot moving truck Complete paperwork and payment collection What We’re Looking For Positive attitude with willingness to learn; experience in general labor roles (truck driving, construction, landscaping, warehouse) is helpful High school diploma or GED Stamina to lift and carry heavy items (100 lbs. or more) repeatedly Age: 18+ for movers; 21+ for drivers due to insurance Professional written and verbal English communication Good work ethic and professional attitude Willing to undergo pre-employment background check and random drug screens Location & Schedule Location: 384 Bel Marin Keys Blvd #140, Novato, CA 94949 Job Type: Part-time Salary & Benefits Salary: From $19.75 per hour for drivers (up to $22 for experienced drivers); $18.00 per hour for movers Benefits: Flexible schedule, paid sick time, paid training, referral program Work Details Day shift; additional shifts available (including evenings and weekends) Shift options: Day, Evening, Morning Work Location: In person Additional notes: All statements are subject to change and depend on location and role.
