School-Based Speech Language Pathologist

The role is a School-Based Speech Language Pathologist who works on-site in Indianapolis to support students with speech and language challenges, helping them achieve academic and social success through assessments, therapy, and IEP collaboration. The position offers up to $65 per hour and a full-time school schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech/language screenings and comprehensive evaluations
• Develop and implement IEP goals and service plans aligned with educational needs
• Provide individual and/or group therapy services
• Document services, progress notes, and compliance paperwork in a timely manner
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with special education teams, teachers, school administration, and families/guardians
• Support AAC needs as applicable (devices, communication strategies, staff education)

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Indiana SLP license or ability to obtain licensure prior to start
• Ability to pass background checks and meet school compliance requirements

Preferred Skills:

• School-based experience (IEPs, educational documentation)
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification (or Clinical Fellow considered)
