Licensed Pharmacist Contract Position

We're hiring a licensed pharmacist for a contract position where you'll use your clinical expertise to ensure the safe and thoughtful distribution of medications to individuals navigating a range of physical and mental health challenges. Minimum Requirements

• Must have State License to Apply
• 6 months Pharmacist experience preferred
• AZ License Required
• 3+ years of hospital experience in a high acuity acute care hospital
• NICU experience required
• Experience with cardiac cases such as Impella and ECMO required

Assignment Details

• Hours: 12:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• Days: Wednesday - Tuesday
