Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist, Oncology- Orlando, FL

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist in Oncology for the Orlando region, covering Metro Orlando, Lakeland, and West Palm Beach. Responsibilities
- Promote BMS oncology products to healthcare providers in Orlando, Lakeland, West Palm Beach territories
- Conduct scientific presentations and discussions with physicians on approved indications
- Develop and implement territory and account plans to meet sales targets
- Organize external speaker programs and manage logistics with approved speakers
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather insights and enhance healthcare provider experience
Requirements
- Advanced scientific degree or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotechnology sales experience
- Hematology/Oncology experience required
- Ability to communicate scientific and clinical data accurately to physicians
- Proven sales performance track record meeting or exceeding goals
- Strong account management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Customer-centric mindset with demonstrated credibility-building experience
