About the Company Since 2004, Fedelta Home Care has proudly served families and individuals throughout the Puget Sound and Western Washington, as well as the Portland, Oregon metro area. As a trusted leader in home care, we provide compassionate, high-quality services that help individuals live safely and independently in the comfort of their own homes. We are currently seeking a Home Care Supervisor to join our growing team and support clients and caregivers throughout Pierce County, Washington . As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Home Care Supervisor to help us expand our mission and bring Outstanding Care, No Exceptions to even more families throughout Washington and Oregon State. About the Position The Home Care Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in supporting caregivers, clients, and branch operations. This position is responsible for managing an assigned caseload while ensuring clients receive exceptional care and caregivers receive the coaching, support, and resources they need to succeed. The Home Care Supervisor ensures quality care, regulatory compliance, caregiver engagement, and an exceptional experience for both clients and caregivers. Conduct caregiver supervisory visits, performance coaching, and routine check-ins. Complete client assessments and ongoing quality assurance visits. Develop, review, and update client care plans as needed. Scheduling to ensure appropriate caregiver placement and staffing coverage Respond promptly and professionally to caregiver and client concerns while maintaining exceptional customer service. Monitor caregiver compliance with company policies, state regulations, certifications, and training requirements. Assist with caregiver onboarding, orientation, training, and ongoing development. Support branch initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and recognition. Maintain accurate documentation within WellSky, ADP, and company systems. Collaborate with leadership to improve operational efficiency and support branch performance goals. Build strong relationships with clients, families, referral partners, and community organizations. Participate in the after-hours on-call rotation as assigned. Maintain strict confidentiality while adhering to HIPAA privacy regulations. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned. The successful candidate will: Demonstrate strong leadership and coaching abilities. Build positive relationships with caregivers, clients, families, and referral partners. Communicate professionally and effectively both verbally and in writing. Prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail. Exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality. Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving concerns with professionalism and compassion. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and operational needs. Work collaboratively across departments. Be comfortable learning and utilizing multiple technology platforms. Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervise an assigned group of caregivers and clients. Conduct coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations. Support employee engagement, retention, and development. Assist with corrective action and performance improvement when appropriate. Escalate complex employee relations or operational issues to leadership. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Services, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum of two (2) years of leadership, home care, healthcare operations, staffing, case management, or supervisory experience preferred. Experience coaching and developing frontline employees. Knowledge of Washington State home care regulations, WACs, RCWs, and Department of Health requirements is preferred. Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered. Certificates, Licenses, or Registrations Valid driver's license required. Reliable transportation required. Proof of current automobile insurance required. Ability to successfully complete required background checks. CNA, HCA, or related healthcare credential preferred but not required.
