Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) has served Northeast Ohio for more than 30 years, and we're growing. We're hiring compassionate, motivated Arabic-speaking Community Mental Health Case Managers (QMHS) to join our multidisciplinary team and help adults with serious mental illness live more independent, stable lives.

What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of each client's strengths, needs, preferences, and goals
- Build strong therapeutic relationships that support recovery and independence
- Coordinate medical, behavioral health, housing, vocational, financial, and community services
- Help clients navigate healthcare systems and connect with community resources
- Advocate for clients to ensure timely access to services and supports
- Collaborate with the treatment team to coordinate and monitor client care
- Communicate with family members, healthcare providers, and community agencies as needed
- Educate clients about available benefits and community resources
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and billing records
- Protect client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, Medicaid, and agency policies
What We're Looking For...
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Sociology, or a related field
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable personal transportation
- Ability to travel throughout the community to meet with clients
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team
Preferred:
- Experience working with individuals living with serious mental illness
- Knowledge of Medicaid-funded behavioral health services
- Familiarity with community resources and public benefits, including SSI and SSDI
- Previous case management or community behavioral health experience
