What you will be doing:

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple departments and shifts.
• Ensure operational activities are executed safely efficiently and in accordance with customer requirements.
• Implement standardized operating procedures and best practices.
• Manage operational risks and ensure timely resolution of service issues.
• Drive operational consistency and compliance across all assigned shifts.
• Own and continuously improve labor productivity and operational efficiency.
• Manage the departments to achieve establish productivity targets and performance expectations.
• Analyze operational metrics and implement corrective actions when performance falls below expectations.
• Drive initiatives focused on cost-per-unit reduction throughput improvement labor optimization and waste elimination.
• Develop manage and report daily weekly monthly and quarterly operational scorecards.
• Ensure accurate collection analysis and reporting of operational data.
• Present scorecard results to senior leadership customers and operational teams.
• Investigate KPI variances and develop action plans to improve results.
• Establish accountability mechanisms for site leadership to achieve performance targets.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for customer.
• Address operational concerns proactively and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage operational budgets and labor spend.
• Monitor profitability and operational costs across assigned shifts.
• Forecast labor requirements and manage staffing expenses effectively.
• Identify opportunities to improve margins through productivity enhancement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results.
• Promote a culture of safety and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations customer requirements and company policies.

Position Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in operational management
• Proven ability to develop workforce strategies and drive process improvements.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to use metrics to inform decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience managing challenging client conversations.
• A self-starter with the ability to adapt quickly motivate teams and deliver results in a complex fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
