Structured Capital and Fund Finance Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a senior associate to join its structured capital and fund finance practice in New York. Duties Represent sponsors, issuers, investors, and other market participants in various transactions. Engage in rated note feeders (RNFs), collateralized fund obligations (CFOs), and liquidity solutions. Collaborate with structured finance, asset management, and insurance solutions teams. Requirements 4+ years of experience in fund finance, structured capital, or esoteric ABS. Ability to work cross-disciplinarily with various teams. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Admission to the New York State Bar. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Benefits Comprehensive health insurance.
