We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our North Augusta location. The Front Office Manager will ensure the efficient functioning of the front office, providing excellent service to patients, and supporting the medical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and manage front office staff, including receptionists and administrative personnel.
· Oversee patient scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs to ensure a smooth and efficient flow.
· Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
· Coordinate with medical staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
· Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and office policies.
· Train and mentor new front office staff members.
Qualifications:
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
· Knowledge of medical billing and insurance procedures.
· High level of discretion and confidentiality.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
