Responsibilities Own and manage the entire candidate lifecycle for assigned markets, ensuring a seamless, timely, and highly personalized experience aligned to the Platform. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering proactive communication and guidance throughout assessments, offers, and all other pre-hire activities. Ensure candidates feel supported, informed, and valued at every stage of the Perfect Candidate Experience (PCE), reinforcing as an employer and partner of choice. Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to coordinate screenings, assessments, job shadows, and visits. Maintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date candidate information within the applicant tracking system and related tools. Collaborate with the Senior Director of Territory Careers, and Regional Leadership to align candidate experience execution with territory hiring goals and workforce plans. Act as a trusted liaison between candidates and internal stakeholders, anticipating needs and resolving issues quickly to keep hiring processes moving forward. Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring all candidate touchpoints reflect the organization’s purpose, culture, and commitment to integrated, patient-centered care. Consistently deliver an extraordinary experience that differentiates the company in a competitive talent market. Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience, reduce friction, and enhance consistency across applicable market(s). Track and report through appropriate structured meetings on key candidate experience metrics including response time, interview cycle milestones, and candidate satisfaction indicators. Share insights and recommendations with recruiting leadership to drive continuous improvement, increase offer acceptance rates, and reduce candidate drop-off. Support territory and national recruiting initiatives focused on growth, scalability, and long-term candidate retention. Consult with hiring managers to understand business requirements and functions in the department in need of establishing or enhancing pipeline of candidates. Participates and partners with University & Dental School Relations in school vendor fairs, state and national dental conventions and shows, and other events. Generates a flow of appropriate resumes/candidates, initial screening, assessment and follow-up with the hiring manager on potential fit of those candidates who meet the job requirements and preferences. Adheres and participates in all standard structured meetings. Generates leads via web, research lists, referrals, vendor fairs, conventions, and data bases. Maintains an appropriate professional appearance and demeanor in accordance with company policies; addresses others professionally and respectfully. Ensures compliance with all policies and standards, as well as state, federal and other regulatory bodies. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in business, Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field. In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience. Regional Recruiter must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance. Driver’s license must be verified by completing a background check and motor vehicle record check at the time of hire. 6+ of related work experience. The physical demands of this role regularly involve the ability to use hands for fine manipulation (finger, handle, feel), reach with hands and arms, communicate verbally (talk, hear), and detect odors (smell). Frequent activities include prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting, as well as lifting and/or moving general items a minimum of 20 pounds. Essential vision abilities for this position include close vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. A team member may also be assisting patients with transfers, such as moving them to and from chairs. This task may involve pushing, pulling, repositioning, and occasional lifting of patients, often necessitating the application of proper body mechanics, the use of assistive devices, or coordinated team lifts. Occasional stooping, kneeling, or crouching may also be required. This position requires working in an environment around moving mechanical parts, with the potential for occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals. Adherence to safety protocols, including the consistent use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is required.
