Practice Growth Manager (Nashville)

As our Practice Growth Manager, you will lead the work of bringing new patients and families into the practice. You will work alongside Dr. Jono—our visionary and the familiar face of Gluck Orthodontics—to deepen referral and community relationships. You will also develop direct-to-parent opportunities, coordinate growth initiatives, and show us which efforts are producing qualified new patients and exams. This is a hands-on role with a seat on our Practice Leadership Team.

What you’ll do

• Plan and facilitate relationship outreach with Dr. Jono, including meetings, follow-up, and ongoing contact with dentists, pediatric dentists, schools, parent networks, and community partners.
• Develop and execute outreach that brings in new patients across multiple ICPs.
• Partner with our scheduling and treatment coordination teams to improve follow-up with prospective and observation patients.
• Manage a growth pipeline, coordinate outside marketing partners, and maintain a clear weekly scorecard of new patients, exams, and results by source.
• Plan and manage a quarterly growth budget informed by trailing 12-month practice results; invest more in initiatives that work and change course when they do not.
• Participate in weekly Level 10 meetings and quarterly and annual planning as a member of the Practice Leadership Team.

What you’ll bring

• A track record of growing a business, service line, or local market through relationships and disciplined follow-through.
• The initiative to start conversations, test ideas, and carry projects through to measurable results.
• Comfort with a CRM, spreadsheets, and using data to make practical decisions.
• Warm, professional communication and the ability to work across a close-knit team.

Experience in healthcare, dentistry, or orthodontics is a plus, but your ability to build relationships and drive measurable growth matters most.

This full-time role combines time in our Nashville office with local outreach and community meetings. You will report to our Practice Manager and Dr. Jono. Compensation includes a base salary and quarterly incentive bonuses based on agreed practice-growth goals.
