Project Development Manager

Our client, a leading industrial equipment manufacturer, is seeking a Project Development Engineer to join their team. You will be supporting Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Customer Project Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset that will align successfully within the organization. Job Title : Project Development Manager Location : Hartford, WI Pay Range : $85,000 - $120,000 (DOE) What’s the Job? Review customer specifications, drawings, and RFQs to develop technical proposals and quotations. Manage projects from order receipt through final shipment, including schedule development and milestone tracking. Coordinate communication between customers, engineering, procurement, quality, and manufacturing teams. Source materials and services, obtain supplier quotations, and support procurement activities. Provide technical support for manufacturing, quality inspections, documentation, and production planning. What’s Needed? Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience with fabrication, industrialequipment, heavy manufacturing, process equipment, HVAC systems, or related industries preferred. Experience with estimating, applications engineering, technical sales, project management, AutoCAD, or similar CAD software preferred. What’s in it for me?
