Description

We are looking for a proactive Loan Officer Assistant specializing in Lead Generation to join Connect Mortgage Funding's Sales team in Troy. As a Loan Officer Assistant, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, nurturing relationships with prospects, and contributing to the overall success of our sales team.

Responsibilities:

Utilize various channels to generate leads such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Qualify leads through effective communication and active listening.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and transactions.
Follow up with leads to ensure a positive customer experience and increase conversion rates.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Participate in training sessions to enhance lead generation skills and product knowledge.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
