Ease Mortgage is seeking motivated and career-driven Loan Officer Assistants who want to break into the mortgage industry and grow into licensed Loan Officers.
This is more than an administrative role — it is a long-term career opportunity. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and support to help you learn the mortgage business from the ground up. We will even help you obtain your NMLS license while employed with us.

Responsibilities
• Support Loan Officers throughout the mortgage process
• Collect and organize borrower documentation
• Communicate with clients regarding required paperwork and loan updates
• Coordinate with processing teams to help ensure timely closings
• Learn the full mortgage process from application through funding
• Prepare for and obtain your NMLS license with company support
Qualifications
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
• Detail-oriented and highly motivated
• Coachable with a willingness to learn
• Previous mortgage, banking, sales, customer service, or real estate experience is a plus
• Ability to work in-office in Troy, MI
