What You’ll Do:

• Convert live inbound leads into closed loans
• Guide clients through refinance, equity loans, and purchases
• Verify credit, income, and documents with processing support
• Build strong client relationships and crush sales goals

What You Need:

• Active NMLS Mortgage Originator License (SAFE exam passed)
• 1+ year of mortgage experience (preferred, not required if you can close)
• Confidence handling live transfers & a high-volume pipeline
• Driven, competitive, and ready to win

Work Location: In-person (Troy, MI). Must commute or relocate before start.
