Licensed Insurance Sales Representative (P&C) Full Time, In Office Kansas City, MO 64145

Pay: $20/hour base plus bonuses (estimated $45,000$60,000/year total). Benefits: paid time off, supplemental health policy, life insurance, bonuses.

Nikki Gibson State Farm Agency in south Kansas City, MO has an immediate opening for a full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Representative. An active Property & Casualty license is required (Life & Health is a plus), and you must be able to commute to our office.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Requirements

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
