All About the Role:

The Web Analyst is a strategic, data-driven partner responsible for shaping the performance and optimization of Frigidaire.com and Electrolux.com. This role translates complex web and customer behavior data into actionable insights that drive conversion, revenue, and user experience improvements. Working cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce, and IT teams, the Web Analyst ensures accurate tracking, develops forecasting models, and communicates clear, impactful recommendations to senior leadership. Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, business acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to influence stakeholders through clear and compelling storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report on website performance KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversion) using GA4; deliver regular insights to stakeholders
• Analyze user behavior and conversion funnels to identify drop-offs and optimization opportunities
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., Looker Studio) to track performance across channels and campaigns
• Evaluate traffic sources and marketing channel performance, providing recommendations to improve conversion outcomes
• Partner with media and marketing teams to assess campaign effectiveness and identify growth opportunities
• Analyze regional and customer data to inform business strategy, including inventory and delivery impacts on conversion
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across tracking platforms; troubleshoot and support implementation with IT
• Develop forecasts and present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience in web analytics, e-commerce, or digital marketing analytics
• Proficiency with GA4 and dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker Studio) and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Experience analyzing and interpreting data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights
• Familiarity with e-commerce KPIs, digital marketing channels, and conversion optimization principles
