Park Team Member Kids Empire seeks a dedicated Park Team Member to serve as the initial contact for guests. The role focuses on ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment throughout the park. Essential Job Functions Greet guests promptly, creating a friendly atmosphere. Execute the check‑in process: collect guest waiver, personal details, and payment using an iPad. Operate the front cash counter: handle cash and card transactions, provide accurate change, and record daily totals. Process billing accurately and verify amounts on the POS. Maintain snack and beverage inventory: organize the refrigerator, check stock, and coordinate replenishment with management. Walk the floor to ensure safety, enforce park rules, and address any hazards. Clean restrooms and park structures (tables, chairs, playground). Assist in family events and support efficient event operations. Perform additional duties as assigned. Physical Demands Stand, walk, bend, and twist continually. Frequent bilateral hand movements; good finger dexterity. Work in noisy environments with children and music. Handle a hectic, busy schedule during scheduled hours. Comfortable with heights and confined spaces. Qualifications Work weekends and holidays. Ability to work with children. Proficiency using an iPad. Strong communication and customer service skills.
