This is a high-impact, performance-driven role designed for individuals who excel in structured, high-volume environments and are ready to apply their skills in a more meaningful, client-centered setting. What You'll Do Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound conversations daily Guide individuals through structured, consultative discussions Convert inquiries into scheduled strategy sessions Maintain consistent follow-up to move prospects through the decision process Accurately document all interactions within CRM systems Operate within a metrics-driven environment with clear performance expectations What Success Looks Like Schedule 8+ qualified strategy sessions per week Convert 3+ new clients per week Maintain strong pipeline management and follow-up discipline Balance performance goals with a high-quality client experience Who You Are You are comfortable managing a high volume of conversations each day You know how to build trust quickly while maintaining forward momentum You are highly organized and do not let opportunities fall through the cracks You are motivated by performance and accountability You can navigate emotionally sensitive conversations with professionalism and care Preferred Background Candidates with experience in structured, high-volume, metrics-driven environments are strongly encouraged to apply, including: Admissions Representative Enrollment Advisor Student Services Advisor Inside Sales or Call Center Sales This experience translates well to the expectations and structure of this role.
