the client is an independent multi-specialty neuroscience and spine practice focused on comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of neurological conditions affecting the brain, spine, spinal cord, and peripheral nerves. the client provides coordinated care across the continuum, with an emphasis on advanced clinical management and patient-centered support for individuals and their families. the client operates multiple practice sites and delivers services to patients across a regional footprint. the role supports a fully integrated model that spans core specialty care and related ancillary services, with multidisciplinary teams coordinating treatment plans across disciplines. responsibilities may include contributing to patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning; supporting minimally invasive and non-surgical interventions where appropriate; and collaborating with imaging, neuro-diagnostics, therapy services, and specialized programs such as concussion and memory care. the client’s clinical approach also includes the use of advanced technologies and coordinated specialty input to address complex neurological and spine needs. the client emphasizes values such as personal care and compassion, teamwork, continuous learning and improvement, fiscal responsibility, initiative and leadership, and community involvement. candidates are expected to align with these principles while working effectively within multidisciplinary teams and supporting high-quality, patient-focused care. the role is intended for providers who can contribute to an organized, physician-led practice model delivering integrated neuroscience and spine services.
