What Your Day Looks Like 

Day to day, you can expect 30-60 minute one- to- one sessions to foster strong client and caregiver relationships. Teammates can expect a productivity expectation of 75% of their week.

 

What We're Offering 

Compensation options

Hourly ($33-36) or pay-per-billed-visit ($42–$54/hour). We'll walk through the models and let you choose. Performance incentives up to $9,000 annually, plus a 2% bilingual increase. 

Schedule flexibility and time off

• $250 CEU reimbursement , increasing up to $1,500 annually with tenure 

• Woven's Clinical Advancement Program , where eligible clinicians receive full funding for specialty certifications, including PTO, travel, and lodging

What You Need 

• Associate degree from an accredited COTA program

• NBCOT certification

• Colorado DORA COTA license, or ability to obtain within 3 months

• 5+ years of clinical experience
