Responsibilities Title: Occupational Therapy Assistant Location/work environment: In facility Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab Implement occupational therapy programs and activities. Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments. Provide individualized care and support for patients and their families with compassion. Collaborate with peers and facilitate referrals as needed. Adapt to patient needs and maintain independent work environment. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program per AOTA & ACOTE standards. Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.
