Our multidisciplinary model means you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with Speech, OT, and ABA, gaining new perspectives and building a richer understanding of every child you serve.Day to day, you can expect 30-60 minute one-to-one sessions that foster strong client and caregiver relationships and built in documentation time, so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge. Hourly ($31-33/hour) or pay-per-billed-hour ($42–$54/hour). We'll explain both models clearly so you can choose what makes sense for how you want to work. Bilingual? Enjoy an additional 2% on top of your compensation!Performance-based monthly bonusWe reward your hard work!
