The role takes place one day each week, offering a balanced schedule that fits well with travel or other professional commitments. Services are delivered from 7:45 AM to 2:45 PM with a caseload of approximately 8 students, beginning on August 10, 2026.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist with recognized credentials
• Experience or strong interest in a school-based setting
• Medicaid NCI # required
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams
• Excellent communication skills to engage students, staff, and families
• Commitment to security and ethical practice; candidates must pass a background check

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative PT services tailored to each student's educational plan
• Develop and implement treatment strategies to enhance student participation and success
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and Medicaid billing as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster an inclusive and supportive environment
• Use assessment tools to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly
