Supporting students in a nurturing educational setting close to Rowe, NM, you’ll bring specialized skills to address diverse needs—empowering each individual to flourish both academically and personally.

Enjoy the perfect balance of flexibility and consistency, working just one day per week (Mondays, 7:45 AM–2:45 PM), with responsibility for an engaging caseload of approximately 8 students. Harness your expertise and compassion to develop and implement therapy plans that maximize student participation and success. 

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapy license (OT) with relevant school-based experience
• Proven background in home health and teletherapy OT preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes and collaboration with educational teams
• Current Medicaid NCI number required
• Able to pass a comprehensive background check
• Outstanding communication and documentation skills
• Resourceful, adaptable, and enthusiastic about working with children

Role Responsibilities Include:

• Delivering individualized assessments and occupational therapy interventions
• Engaging in consultation with teachers, families, and school professionals
• Maintaining detailed records in compliance with all legal standards
• Utilizing a range of therapy modalities, including in-person and virtual methods
• Participating in IEP meetings and offering insightful recommendations
• Supporting functional skill development in both school and home settings
